If you’re open to experiential techniques, enjoy creative expression, & prefer a hands-on approach to therapy, psychodrama may be a good fit for you. I would love to discuss your preferences & concerns to create an experience that aligns with your needs & goals.

Unlike traditional therapy, psychodrama & experiential therapy utilize action-oriented techniques like role-playing, guided imagery, & creative expression to access & process deep emotions. It’s a hands-on approach that engages both the mind & body in the therapeutic process.

I am in the process of becoming credentialed with several insurance providers and hope to offer insurance-based services in the future. Currently, all services are offered on a concierge (private-pay) basis.
Please note that insurance companies generally do not cover group therapy experiences, workshops, or intensives, so all group offerings are self-pay regardless of insurance status.
If you have questions about fees or payment options, I would be happy to discuss your options and help you make an informed decision about your care.
