  • Psychodrama & experiential therapy are dynamic forms of therapy that involve role-playing, dramatization, & other techniques to explore & address emotions, interpersonal conflicts, & personal growth goals in a safe, supportive environment.

  • Psychodrama facilitates healing & personal growth by allowing you to process past experiences & explore different perspectives in a supportive & controlled setting. It can help you gain insight, release emotional blocks, & develop healthier coping strategies.

  • In a psychodrama session, you can expect to engage in role-playing exercises, guided imagery, expressive arts, & other experiential techniques. You’ll explore personal issues, relationships, & emotions in a dynamic & interactive way.

  • If you’re open to experiential techniques, enjoy creative expression, & prefer a hands-on approach to therapy, psychodrama may be a good fit for you. I would love to discuss your preferences & concerns to create an experience that aligns with your needs & goals.

  • Unlike traditional therapy, psychodrama & experiential therapy utilize action-oriented techniques like role-playing, guided imagery, & creative expression to access & process deep emotions. It’s a hands-on approach that engages both the mind & body in the therapeutic process.

  • I am in the process of becoming credentialed with several insurance providers and hope to offer insurance-based services in the future. Currently, all services are offered on a concierge (private-pay) basis.

    Please note that insurance companies generally do not cover group therapy experiences, workshops, or intensives, so all group offerings are self-pay regardless of insurance status.
