All workshop and retreats prioritize comfort, safety, and respect - so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process. Current event offerings are facilitated in PA, and multi-day workshops offer lodging in the beautiful Susquehanna Valley region.

I facilitate all events, alongside the rest of the Women’s Collaborative team: Dr. Nancy Bailey and Margie Melder, LMFT. We have spent years alongside each other, offering balanced, respectful, and compassionate teamwork to enhance your personal growth.

What if the parts of you that feel stuck, reactive, critical, or overwhelmed are not problems to solve, but parts to understand?
Join us for a guided day of action methods and Internal Family Systems work designed to help you build a compassionate relationship with the different parts of yourself.

3-day / couples healing workshop
Join us for a supportive and engaging couples workshop designed to help partners deepen connection, strengthen communication, and rebuild emotional intimacy.
Through guided discussion and creative, hands-on experiential activities, couples will explore relationship dynamics in a warm and encouraging group environment. This workshop offers practical tools and meaningful experiences that help you better understand yourself, your partner, and the patterns that may be getting in the way of closeness.
