All workshop and retreats prioritize comfort, safety, and respect - so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process. Current event offerings are facilitated in PA, and multi-day workshops offer lodging in the beautiful Susquehanna Valley region.

Men's Workshops

1-day / men growing together

A calm, uplifting workshop where men gather to learn, share, and support one another. During this 8-hour session, we’ll explore how connection and openness can spark personal growth.

Joined by guest facilitator, Joe Emmick, LPC, in addition to core facilitators.

    • Guided activities centered on emotional literacy and expression

    • Hands-on action methods to explore critical issues

    • A relaxed, supportive space to explore and grow

    • Anyone looking for a creative outlet to relieve stress and improve vulnerability

    • Those interested in mindfulness, personal growth, or self-reflection

    • Those who want to connect with themselves and others through action methods

    • Your curiosity and willingness

    • A journal (if you choose)

    • Lunch on your own - snacks and beverages provided

    • No experience needed - all skill levels are welcome!

    When: Saturday, 7/18/26, 9 AM - 5 PM

    What: 6 participants, lunch on your own, snacks/beverages provided

    How: Register and pay in full by 7/10/26

Couples Healing Workshops

3-day / couples healing

Designed to help partners deepen connection, strengthen communication, and rebuild emotional intimacy. Through guided discussion and hands-on, experiential activities, this workshop offers practical tools that help you better understand yourself, your partner, and the patterns that may be getting in the way of closeness.

    • A small, supportive group setting

    • Creative action-based methods to explore barriers to connection

    • Practical tools you can use immediately in your relationship

    • A welcoming environment - no experience needed!

    • Turning barriers to intimacy into opportunities for connection

    • Learning how to turn toward your partner rather than away during stress

    • Strengthening emotional safety, trust, and vulnerability

    • Improving communication, understanding, and emotional awareness

    • Rebuilding connection through intentional relationship practices

  • All couples and skill levels are welcome.

    Come as you are - leave feeling more connected.

  • Where: Berry Patch Bed & Breakfast, 115 Moore Road, Lebanon, PA 17046

    When: Friday, July 31, 2026 (2 PM check-in) - Sunday, August 2, 2026 (12 PM check-out)

    What: Up to 5 couples, lodging and meals provided
